1. General Information

Ocean Breath offers guided breathwork sessions for individuals and groups. These sessions are intended as wellness experiences and do not replace medical treatment or therapy.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices are provided on request and may vary depending on location, season, program, and group size.
• Any additional costs (e.g., boat rental, catering, travel expenses) will be clearly communicated in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 1 month before the session → eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 1 month up to 2 weeks before the session → 50% refund of the booking price.
• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the session → non-refundable (100% of the booking price will be charged).
• If a session must be cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or location will be offered. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

4. Safety & Responsibility

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Sessions are not recommended for individuals with severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or other serious health issues. Please consult a doctor if unsure.
• Ocean Breath and collaborating boat operators prioritize safety at all times, but participants are responsible for informing the facilitator of any health concerns.

5. Liability Disclaimer
Ocean

Breath is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may arise during or after the session. By booking, participants acknowledge personal responsibility for their well-being.

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal data (name, contact details, health information if shared) will only be used for the purpose of booking and facilitating sessions.
• No data will be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of Germany.

8. Photography & Media

During some Ocean Breath sessions, photos or video recordings may be taken to capture the experience. These visuals may be used for social media, website, or promotional purposes. Participation in such media is always optional. No images or videos will be shared without the prior consent of the participants.

9. Safety on Board

For boat-based sessions, safety is the top priority. Participants are responsible for following the safety instructions of both the facilitator and the boat crew. Please inform us in advance about your swimming ability or any conditions that may affect your participation. There is a strict no-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol before or during sessions. Ocean Breath is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings that may occur during the session. Participation is always at your own risk.
